Reggie Adams finds joy in her career as a professional coach and owner of Reggie’s Coaching Academy. She started her business in 1999 after deciding it was important for her to work from home and spend time with her daughter, Abagale. Her previous work as a Mary Kay Car Driving Sales Director and a Field Development Manager at Creative Memories prepared her with the skills to recruit, train, and motivate people of all ages and of diverse cultures. Reggie had the privilege to work with and coach many of Creative Memories’ brightest leaders throughout Canada and the western United States.

When Reggie decided to take her career in a new direction almost ten years ago, she never envisioned the flourishing and meaningful business she now runs. In fact, she was not even intending to be a coach. Yet she could not ignore the requests from sales representatives at her previous business for business coaching. She started fitting coaching sessions into her schedule and the rest is history! Reggie followed the call of her heart to pursue a coaching business and now has thousands of clients from all over the world. She coaches individuals and teams in both small and large companies. She also facilitates retreats and is available for speaking engagements.

Reggie, or Rockin Reggie, as her email indicates, is also a life coach. As a life coach, she works one-on-one with individuals to help them create the life they desire. She earned her Life Coach certification from The Coaches Training Institute and enjoys using her training and knowledge to journey with others down a path of self-discovery and balance. Reggie is extremely excited about her newest coaching program, "Immersion Weekends," where she can provide her clients with a more complete and powerful coaching experience.

Reggie is also a level three Healing Touch Practitioner. She feels privileged to work with clients in this personal and meaningful experience of healing, balance, peace and wholeness. This body work enhances the heart and head work that Reggie uses with her clients.

Reggie resides in Saint Cloud, MN with her teenage daughter Abagale and their 3-year-old Golden Retriever, Goldie. Reggie enjoys adding color into her life with flowers, plants, paint, music, decorating, clothes, adventure, running, reading, scrapbooking, yoga, dancing, and laughing.
